Referral Hall        Referral Hall I.B.E.W. Local 134 Oak Park, IL Architect: Folgers Architects In a move to place their Referral Hall in a more central location in the Chicago area, the I.B.E.W. Local 134 moved the hall to a facility in Oak Park. The facility was better located but in needed a complete renovation to make it usable. H.B.Barnard Company was selected for the job. We handled all aspects of the project, creating the office space and meeting areas. We were happy to work for the I.B.E.W. because we have a long affiliation with the trade unions in Chicago.
