Barnard Company was the General Contractor for renovating this 100 year old residence on the north side of Chicago. The project included building three new bathrooms and a new kitchen. All other areas of the house were renovated including the living room, dinning room and upstairs bedrooms. Each room required matching the original molding and other intricate details. The existing staircase and the wooden floor throughout we restored to their original condition. The project is a testament to our quality of craftsmanship. According to the architect: “H.B.
