Citibank Branch, Chicago, IL        Branch Bank Citibank Kenwood, IL Architect: Johnson & Lee Ltd. Citibank was building a branch bank within one of the city’s Tax Increment Finance Districts, which required using a substantial percentage of minority and women owned businesses as sub-contractors. The project was completed very swiftly, taking six weeks from start to finish.
